*Skills Training Australia in conjunction with our Aged Care industry partners have facilities located in the Northern, Eastern and Outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and are currently recruiting for caring and compassionate individuals for 16 traineeship positions as Personal Care Attendants (PCA’s). 

We are looking for people who genuinely care and are willing to obtain suitable qualifications to work within these facilities. Applicants with no prior experience are encouraged to apply as these employers are keen to support training for the right applicants. These traineeships can provide a stepping stone to a career in aged care or other specialist health services streams. Skills Training Australia will provide guidance for all career paths right from the start. 

As part of this traineeship program and to work as a PCA you will be required to undertake a course of study in CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support, we Skills Training Australia in conjunction with your new employers will provide you with a learning environment where you will feel appreciated and supported to attain this qualification, there may be costs to the job seeker.

* Skills Training Australia is a Registered Training Organisation ( RTO 20828) delivering training in the Aged Care, Health and Community Services sector since 1999 with two campuses - in Knox Wantirna South and in Melbourne CBD. Over the past 17 years we have forged strong relationships and preferred supplier agreements with some of the largest public hospitals in Victoria and strong working agreements with Aged Care providers, community services organisations and local Victorian councils.
